Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay with credit/debit card, PayPal, or other supported payment methods. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it hasn't been shipped yet. Contact our support team or visit your order page to request changes.

Why was my payment declined?

Payment declines can happen for several reasons: insufficient funds, incorrect card details, bank security blocks, or expired cards. Try a different payment method or contact your bank for more details.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping is 2–3 business days. International orders take 10–21 business days depending on the destination. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. See our Returns Policy for complete details.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will appear on your original payment method within an additional 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Account & Security

How do I create an account?

Click "Register" in the top navigation bar and fill in your details. You can also create an account during checkout. Having an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and manage your wishlist.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a secure link to reset your password.

Is my personal information safe?

Products

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We work directly with authorized suppliers and manufacturers. Every product sold on DropForge is guaranteed authentic.

A product I want is out of stock. Will it come back?

We regularly restock popular items. You can click "Notify Me" on the product page to receive an email when it's back in stock.
