Return Policy Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
Items Eligible for Return
- Unused and in original packaging
- All original tags and labels attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery date
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Digital downloads and software licenses
- Intimate or sanitary products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your DropForge account and go to My Orders
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Click "Request Return" and select the reason for return
- Print the prepaid return shipping label (provided for domestic orders)
- Pack the item(s) securely and drop off at the designated carrier location
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned electronics and high-value items over $200. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
