Domestic Shipping (United States)

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number once your order ships.
Cut-off Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Logging into your account and visiting the Orders section
- Contacting our support team with your order number
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions based on local regulations. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for international orders. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified and offered a full refund.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
